1. Book a Collection
Call or email us to book a pickup time that works for you.
Choose a one-time wash or join Love Club for regular weekly or fortnightly pickups — and save 10% every time. Add extra services like ironing or deep cleaning for heavily soiled items.
Pickup and delivery is free in Port Macquarie. For nearby areas, there’s a flat fee of $15.

2. Pack Your Laundry
Simply place your laundry in any secure basket, bag, or container — no special packaging needed. We will sort your laundry and seperate colours and delicates for you.
Our standard loads are 5kg (Regular) or 10kg (Large). Extra weight is charged at $6 per kg.

3. Leave It Out
On your pickup day, just leave your laundry at your front door or another easy-to-find spot.
We’ll collect it at the time you scheduled — no need to be home!
If you have any special instructions, let us know when you book, and we will take care of it.

4. Receive your clean items
Enjoy your freshly cleaned laundry delivered back within 24–48 hours — washed, dried, folded, and perfectly pressed.
