Laundry is sorted by colour and fabric type (lights, darks, and delicates), with whites pre-soaked where required. Delicates are hand washed, and all items are folded and packaged neatly. Our 5kg laundry service includes up to 5kg of laundry — approximately a small family load, a weekly wash for a couple or individual, one heaped laundry basket, or a full load in a standard washing machine.

— 1 hoodie or jumper
— 1 bath towel

Our 10kg laundry service includes up to 10kg of laundry— equivalent to a full week's laundry for a family of four, two heaped laundry baskets, or two full loads in a standard washing machine.

How it Works

Book a Collection
Call or email us to arrange a pickup time that suits you. We collect between 7–9 am and 3–5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Choose a one-time wash or join Love Club for regular weekly or fortnightly pickups — and save 10% every time. You can also add extra services such as ironing or deep cleaning for heavily soiled items.
Pickup and delivery is free in Port Macquarie. For surrounding areas, contact us for delivery options.

Pack Your Laundry
Place your laundry in any secure basket, bag, or container — no special packaging required. We’ll sort your items and separate colours and delicates for you.
Choose from a 5 kg or 10 kg service; extra weight is charged at $6 per kg.

Leave It Out
On pickup day, simply leave your laundry at your front door or another easy-to-find spot. We’ll collect it at the scheduled time — no need to be home.
If you have any special instructions, let us know when you book, and we’ll take care of everything for you.

Receive your clean items
Enjoy freshly washed, dried, folded, and neatly pressed laundry delivered within 24–48 hours. We’ll notify you when your laundry is ready.
Delivery typically occurs during our 7–9 am or 3–5 pm windows, though times may vary. Need it sooner or prefer a later delivery? Just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Our professional cleaning service for duvets, blankets combines specialised equipment with gentle detergents to thoroughly remove dirt, allergens, and odors, all while protecting fabric integrity. Suitable for all sizes, with additional fees for oversized or specialty items.
